Admissions

The admissions process for inpatient treatment at Cadence Health & Wellness Inc. is easy and convenient. We’ll start by speaking to you over the phone, in person, or via video chat to learn more about you and your mental health and addiction history. Should you feel comfortable with proceeding, we’ll request a release to receive your medical history and any psychiatric and/or psychological records. Once you’re in our center, we will be able to assess you more thoroughly and create your individualized treatment plan to get your recovery process started. We know entering treatment is a big deal, and sometimes scary - but we’re here to help! We’re here for you every step of the way on your journey toward recovery.

Services

Our services are entirely voluntary. While your mental health and addiction is our primary focus, we also analyze all aspects of your life, such as your lifestyle and environment, to try to get to the root of the issue. Wherever possible, we also invite your family and loved ones to join us on your journey back to good habits and health. Our treatment services are catered toward coming up with long-term solutions to our clients’ problems. With the love and support of your family and loved ones, we make sure to treat your addiction by understanding the root reasons behind it. We do everything in our power to help you succeed in breaking the cycle of addiction, and know that with the right kind of help, everyone is capable of healing. Addictions come in many forms so we offer a wide range of treatments, depending on your particular issues. A few services offered are: 1:1 and group therapy, addictions counselling, neurofeedback, relapse prevention, and exposure therapy. Second Stage - Sober Living Treatment Program

Cadence Health & Wellness Inc. offers a well rounded Second Stage program in order to further provide help and support, while moving clients forward in both recovery and life goals. Essential for client success, we aim to assist clients in adopting a sustainable plan of post-treatment action, find job opportunities and housing - as needed, and begin the reintegration process back into full functioning and healthy independent living.
